Women shaping government technology
at the highest level

Women in Government Tech (WIGTech) is a senior leadership platform bringing together women shaping digital, data, cyber, and transformation across government and public services. We exist to accelerate women into positions of influence, where decisions are made, budgets are set, and systems with national consequence are designed and delivered. This is not a community or a DEI initiative; it is a curated, delivery-focused platform for credible leaders operating at the intersection of technology, policy, and commercial reality. Through trusted, high-value forums, WIGTech elevates visibility, strengthens progression, and connects government, industry, and policy to ensure women are not just represented in public-sector technology, but are driving its direction and impact.
